I have been using Cosham Specsavers for decades now and I find their level and consistancy of service exceptional. The staff are attentive, helpful, polite and efficient. There are plenty of staff when the branch is very busy . The opticians are professional and thorough. I can highly recommend.

Sam was very friendly and helpful indeed in making sure everything worked as it should from first appointment to picking up glasses. The glasses are perfect. Good service as always from eye check to final purchase. Glasses arrived well within the given time too.

Specsavers Cosham it's a pleasure to visit here. They always have nice staff. The opticians are thorough and take time to make certain you choose correct options and equipment is the latest. They now have new equipment that until only recently you could only be tested in hospitals.

Had to write a review about this particular Specsavers (Cosham). Obviously, I had a problem with my eye. I rang them, got in straight away, in fact, I got there early & they moved my appointment. I paid £10 for a scan, whereby they detected a 'problem'. They wasted no time referring me to the local eye unit where I began treatment. Credit where credit is due, they went well above 'The call' & provided me with a copy of their referral for my GP (the scan having been reviewed twice by two of their opticians). I consider myself very fortunate to have them close by. They did all they could to save my sight deteriorating any further.

Specsavers in Cosham is a good place to go and get your sight checked. They offer a wide range of tests and are very professional. Everyone working there is so kind, friendly and helpful. There's a good range of glasses to pick from and the glasses (even the cheaper ones) are of a really good quality. Literally the best Specsavers branch I've ever been to and will definitely come back for my next vision test in 2 years time 😊👍🏻

Excellent service at Cosham Branch. Optician fully explained types of lens I had already in my glasses . Very patient guy as I had lots of pertinent questions to ask. Brilliant service

Unfortunately on my first visit for eye test was given wrong information about when to come back for contact lenses appointment. On my return appointment to test lenses the assistant was in unable to fully demonstrate putting in as he was unable to put them in himself. (Maybe once at the end). When trying my new glasses, they immediately didn't feel strong enough, as I was unable to read a poster few metres away. When I said then, I felt that I was asking too much and was told perhaps my expectations were too high for the glasses.etc etc. They were taken away, said they were checked, they cleaned and told they were the correct prescription. I decided I would try for few days, get used to. I will be returning these.
